Divorse case

Hi, my husband has filed a divorce case against me. i have appointed a gud lawyer to fight the case. First my lawyer took a new date saying he is not available and now when date of hearing is coming he want me to bring the following certificates of my husband like drunked, education cert and other certificates. I fail to obtain that. are these documents necessary ? what should i be doing to run this case.. please advice me...thanks

Whether you want divorce from your husband? Your advocate might have asked to claim the maintenance fro your husband. IN my opinion his income proof is sufficient.

speak to your lawyer regarding for what purpose he intends to use these documents. That would be better.

I THINK YOUR COUNSEL ASKED THOSE CERTIFICATES ARE FOR YOUR WELLWISH, YOU DECIDE AND TOLD YOUR COUNSEL WHETHER YOU WANT DIVORCE OR NIT? UNLESS YOU CAN CLAIM FOR MAINTANANCE AMOUNT.
