father-in-law property rights

My husbent and me live far from my father-in-law about 8year. Now I came and live with them. But my father -in-law and brother in law have not to give my house property.My husbend has not yet any job.How can I take my right.

In case, the property of your father-in-law's self acquired property, neither your husband nor you have any right.

yes I agree . If it is ancestral then file a suit for partition.
