Order XX Rule 12 CPC says about mesne profits;
it can be calculated by many ways - The yearly rent; the yearly produce; the last tax filed etc.

It has to be calculated on the basis of the estimated yield from the lands per annum.

agree with experts. There is no specific scale in this regard. It defers from case to case. In the case of agriculture products, you have asses on the basis of estimation.
