CAR PARKING

I am sateesh from Hyderabad, and we have our apartment association registered with Register of socitey. Our builder ows few lakhs to the association towards the incomplete jobs, which we want to take it up. Because of this builder is not allocating offical car parking to each of the owners. I want to know is the association has got the legal option to issue and allot the car parking since the builder is not doing so since last 2 years?

YES. sOCIETY CAN DO

If the Society has formally taken th management of the whole building then it could do such thing. Moreover, the Society can also take appropriate legal action against the Builder for incomplete constructions.
