Will Probate

Dear experts.
My father passed away leaving a registered will in my favour. I have 3 sisters, I am the youngest.Due to some work in court, court asked me to approve or probate the will.I also want to transfer my house from my father's name to myself.
Plz guide, I am an adult.

Probate of will is applicable to only metropolitic cities. In which city you are residing.

With the recent amendment to the Indian Succession Act,the procedure of compulsory probating of the wills has been given up. No need to probate the will at all. You can think over the matter again.
