hi my qus is how i can get a marriage certificate of my parents they married at nagpur court at 1992/1993 they forget there marriage date losted there certificate and i need that certificate for official work so how can i get duplicate marriage certificate from registrar office . and how many days i will get

Consult with the concerned officer of the Court.He will search the record and issue your required certificate.

Duplicate certificate can be obtained from the office of the registrar of marriages on paying some amount as per procedure.

i. you inspect the records through the Local Advocate.
ii. then apply for the Dublicate Maeeige Certificate.

YOU MAY APPLY TO THE REGISTRAR OF MARRIAGES FOR ISSUE OF DUPLICATE CERTIFICATE MENTIONING THE FACTS OF THE MATTER.KINDLY NOTE THAT MARRIAGE REGISTRARS OFFICE IS GENERALY SITUATED AT COLLECTORS OFFICE.BUT STILL YOU MAY KINDLY CONFIRM IN THE LOCAL AREA WHERE YOU RESIDE.GOOD LUCK.
