what is exactly Euro Issues means and what is the role play by these issues in Global capital market?

Since the onset of globalization and internalization of the Indian economy in 1991, India has attracted foreign investments worth several hundreds of billion dollars and is fast emerging as an important business destination for Western Capital ventures.
Euro Issue (from the Indian perspective) is a method or mode by which Indian Companies raise funds outside India in Foreign Currency. The word ‘Euro’ denotes an issue of securities which are listed on an European stock exchange for which the subscription to the issue can come from any part of the world.
Comprehensive guidelines for Euro issues were announced on 19 June 1996 which provide for greater flexibility to Indian companies to access the global market through GDR/ADR/FCCB issues.

I will make things still simpler by adding another perspective.
There are three types of people MOSTLY on broad category .
One who do physical work and earn money.
Second who do mental work and earn living better than physical workers.
Third types of people are those who earn money by deploying money and they are roughly 20% having 80% wealth.
So all these money market instruments are tools for money market players.
