Dear Concern

I was doing job in HDFC bank Ltd from 17/09/2012 to 14/07/2017. Can i eligible for Gratuity.

Yes. In fifth year you have worked for oer 240 days which is requirement of continuous service.

You worked there at about 4 yearrs and 10 months and hence you are eligible for grautity.

In the 5th year of your leaving you worked there 240 days uninterruptedly and without a break you are eligible for gratuity.

As per provisions of Gratuity Act, you are eligible for gratuity.
However, please check whether HDFC has the policy of payment of gratuity to its employees when they are leaving the organisation?
