Arbitrator appointment

According to loan agreement arbitrator to be solely appointed by bank,but came to know that arbitrator has record of taking bank's arbitration case 10 times,now we want to challenge the appointment of arbitrator,how can we do, please provide judgement if any

Arbitrator normally need to have no connection with either party and to be appointed with mutual consent. You can challenge with the authority who made appointment and insist for mutual consent
