my younger brother filled a case cr case on us.The case has bn running 6yrs she is not appearing court from last 3ys .How the trails s going on? Kindly give me advice . Nb she remarried also.

It is usual practice in lower courts.
However if you are willing to expedite the case then you can file revisional petition in high court and seek order for speedy trial of the case which the high court will allow by directing to end the trial in a time bound manner.

Anyways case has been filed by your sister-in-law and she is not coming forward to depose her evidence. It is now required from your side to ensure that evidence of the prosecution is closed at the earliest so that the decision may be given accordingly.
