Whether execution and registration of joint Will in a single document is prohibited?

There is nothing called joint Will concept in India.

Yes. as advised by Mr.Barman sir there is no joint will. But if husband and wife have a joint property, they together can execute a will. but this is not joint will. a will is executed by two individuals.
