Search report of what? Do you mean Title Investigations Report or say Escrow Report?

I believe u r talking about due diligence to be taken up before any contract or business transaction is carried out with any existing Company registered under the Indian Companies Act.
If the answer is in affirmative , then in such a case an Advocate being an authorised representative can apply for Searching of said company's records available with Registrar of Companies of the relevant state by depositing reqd. fees at O/o The R.O.C.and obtain relevant information for onward submission to his clients in shape of a Search Report under his signature.
