I am repairing my home my naibour field case against me in civil court & he will get status quo order from court.can I do not work in my home? What is the meaning of order status quo

status quo mean, just to leave as of what now..

its mean the plaintiff praying to drop the construction and you should leave the building as what today till the further order from court.

You should oppose the prayer for status quo in the court.

If he succeeds in receiving from lower court, appeal to higher court.

To maintain the status quo is to keep the things the way they presently are.

If he gets a status quo order, file an appeal in the appellate court.
