(Querist) 31 March 2015 This query is : Resolved 
in panchayat election of rajasthan ,to fight a election basic eqducational qualification was middle school pass. a candidate who was otherwise not educationaly qualified fought eletion on the basis of fake 8th pass certificate. can he be procecuted under ipc and under what sections

File an election petition in the high court. However do lodge a criminal complaint before that.
