Sir, Please guide me... what should I do?

After completion of first motion and 11 months have already passed, till date my husband will not come back for 2nd motion. Please guide me what can I do to proceed further?

If husband does not attend till the case exists it will be dismissed and your divorce remains elusive.

Wait and try to convince .... Its between 6 to 18 months the second motion needs to be filed ..... Approach him and speak to him ....
