On which post you have joined, what are your duty/working hours on that post and what is the timing of your LLB course?

You could better have read conduct and discipline rules of your bank to have proper guidance. You cannot expect the company to pay you salary for neglecting your duty even for a single day, what to say of on regular basis for whole of the duration of your LLB course. Either concentrate on your job or complete your education before doing any job.

You can continue your studies through Evening law college if facility available. Delhi University provides such facility. Inform your Bank about your continuing of your studies in Evening classes, in case you continue.
