1. Such tests and reports are usually given by F.S.L. and such reports can be then vetted by professional Doctors or pathologists.

2. Panchnama is a procedure that the Police conducts in case of unnatural death or any in many matter of crime. The police calls upon witnesses and prepare a statement of panchanma in their presence.

3. Post mortem is done by Doctors of Govt or Local Authority Hospitals.

4. Medico-jurisprudence deals with the ethics that medical practitioners are bound to follow.

Thanks to all of you for giving reply....
perhaps I couldn't explained what exactly I want to know!
Actually I got a dowry death case & when I had go thtough the Panchnama, Autopsy & Viscera report, it clearly comes to know that the complainant(bride's father)& Police arrested husband in a false allegations.
In Panchnama all witnesses belongs to bride's maternal village.
samething in Autopsy report bcoz it is simple to identify Phosphorus Shulphate poisoning case but unnecessary doctor's sent it for viscera
