In the case of Mumbai Co-operative court, total delay [which should not be more than 90 days] taken by the Opponent/Respondent in filing reply to the petition should be calculated from which one of the following:

The date of receipt of summons by the Opponent/Respondent?

or

From the date of the very first court hearing?

Time for filing w.s will be count from the date of receipt of summons to defendant.see order 8 rul1 of CPC.
