Builder forced me to purchase car parking

Dear Sir,
Recently I have booked under construction apartment.And during agreement builder mentioned i am eligible for common areas.Is it includes car parking also in common areas.He forced me to purchase car parking.But he is not ready to show in agrement.I rfused to purchase car parking,in future if i want to park my car am i eligible.Or what builder told me is legally .Most of the people while agreement they given money for builder for car parking.Me and other 2 people not given.Builder told us in future you cant use same parking slots.I am in confusion .Is ther any legal help to proceed further.

builder has no powers to sell car parking slots . it forms part of common area . once society is formed it can allot car parking slots

But Builder told us that its their sole decision to allot slots,so legally how can I challenge him.Can you please guide me.

You can challenge this issue when the actual situation arises, however, i the builder is insisting on it, you may ask him to include this matter in the agreement itself, if he refuses, ask him the reason for his refusal. He cannot sell the common place as per his wish.

Stilt car parking can not be sold, challenge in case of actual problem.
