Hill top and hill slope zones

Hi,

Please let me know if Hill Top/Hill Slope rules are different in PMC areas and in grampanchayat areas around Pune.

I know that within PMC limits construction on hill top/hill slope zones is not permissible.
Is the same rule applicable for the grampanchayat areas around pune.

Can I purchase a plot under hill top/hill slope zone in grampanchayat around Pune and construct house on the same.
