Dear Experts,
Pls advice upon this case.
Mr. X played an online quiz on bhaskar.com on 27/12/13. Till 27/12/13 bhaskar.com was displaying that prizes upto 50000/- will be given to winners. After 27/12/13 bhaskar.com changed quiz format and made it No Prize Quiz.
Mr. X won the quiz on 27/12/13 and he sent 4-5 mails to bhaskar.com
Now bhaskar.com is not contacting Mr. X "the Winner".
What legal action Mr. X can take against bhaskar.com.
For Evidence Mr. X has a mobile recorded video dated 27/12/13 containing the display of prizes by bhaskar.com.

What is the agreement between the parties. there will be some terms and conditions for the game.

They were flashing following line:
" Kheliye humara anokha dharmik quiz contest. Jeetiye 50000/- tak ke inaam"

It would be difficult to prove that there was an offer by them, you accepted and won on 27.12.2013 as they have removed the ad on 27.12.2013 itself.
Whole terms and conditions of the offer need to be seen before any advise.
