My father died inthe year 1997 without will. Khatha changed inthe name of mother .Mother died in2011 without will leaving 1 son and 3 daughters, one daughter died in 1997, Now I want know the proccedure to share the property

One son, two daughters and the deceased One daughter's legal heirs are entitled to equal shares. All are entitled to have 1/4 th share each.
