I have Purchase office on 3rd Jan 1981 , Do I have topay stamp duty , what is the effective date of paying stamp duty in Masjid , Mumbai

what were you doing for 32 years ? if you have not paid stamp duty yet you will have to pay duty with heavy penalty .

wait for amnesty scheme of Govt of maharashtra . submit your documents for adjudication .

I submitted my application for adjudication and Stamp Duty office have raised demand notice of Rs 128500 and a penalty of Rs 64250, but since the purchase is prior to 1985 , do i have to pay them or i can with draw my application, that is my question sir ?
