Info required on all india reporter

(Querist) 01 November 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Does the All India Reporter of any particular year of any State High Court contain all the cases of that particular year or only noteable or important judgements in all categories like WP, CRP etc. ?

Actually I am looking for a very old case of the year 1950. In a High Court I have seen a Brown Book series with the year of that State High Court label. Will this series have the particular case I am looking for ?
