Validity of results declared by public service commission

Merit list declared by State Public Service Commission (particularly Punjab and Haryana)is valid upto what time?

Is is valid for 6 months or so ?? Or the list remains valid till the posts advertised are not filled by the Govt??

You are required to go through the advertisement which might be containing such term.

But if there is no such provision /term in advertisement, and your recruitment process is stayed beacause matter become sub judice in Court?

It depends upon the outcome from the court.
