Hi All,

I would like to know one thing the petitioner husband threatening the wife I will go to abroad you can't do anything like that, is it possible to stop his passport by complaint in local police station or is there any other way kindly help in this regard

Yes it is possible file an application before trail court regarding the matter

u may apply, but court may or may not impound Passport.
