Dear sir
i am buying a site 30/50,i want it to registered in my wife name,my father has files a partition suite of the land for his share 2acers, its already 2yrs gone,so if i get registered my site which i am going to buy,will it effect in feature.or its better get registered in my wife name .plz advice

no it wont affect partition suit . the land you are purchasing has no connection with the land in respect of which your father has filed a suit

No connection with the partition suit. You can purchase it in your name.

Dear sir
my father brothers has not divided their share still today,they r living separately past from 45yrs,now my father filed a partition suit,will ti effect for me if i get registered my site in my name,as HUF family,plz do the needfull

As no formal partition has taken place till to dte so separate portions shall be given to every co-sharer as per his share and there shall not be need for separate registration rather decree of court shall be sufficient for that purpose.
