An addendum to a registerd leave & license agreement required registration or not?

(Querist) 24 August 2013 This query is : Resolved
Dear All,

A Company taken a premises on License through a Registered Leave and License Agreement. There are more than 50 Licensors in a Single deed. If after few months any Licensor died, how his sucessors (wife only) can be made party to the main Leave & License Agreement. Please also confirm if we need to register that document also. Or any other wayout since there are many licensors it may happen in future also, that licensors needs to be replaced due to others reasons.

Please also confirm that document needs to be execute with particular Licensor or with all licensor since deed is signed by all licensor through there Power of Atorney Holder Person.

Regards,

Manish

No addendum or corrigendum required on death of any side of parties to any agreement or deed, whether it was registered or not since
it would legally bind LRs of a deceased party.

Just for your GK but not for present case, when a deed is registered its'
addenda or corrigenda would also require registration.

Dear Prabhakar Singh Ji.

Thanks for your revert,

It is also requested to confirm on what document basis (either request letter) we can start paying the licensee fee to LR's of the deseased Licensor.

If any Licensor sold his share to another party, How that subsequent purchaser can be made party for paying the License Fee? or on what basis we can pay License fee to them. if any Addendum required??

Regards,
Manish
