Since he is making a false story, truth will prevail ultimately. Let the other office staff be witness on behalf of CEO and sr exec.

File a criminal case against such employee and also initiate strong disciplinary action.

Have you gone through the process of preliminary investigation in the case and what your organisation's conduct & discipline rules say to do after initial investigation?

And, by the way, Mr. maclaren, as advisor, how much time you could save for you by avoiding to write singles of charters in several words, e.g., "lik ths" for 'like this', "nxt" for 'next' and "dealwth" for deal with', etc? Instead of using SMS language, your query should have been complete with completed words.

Sir, yours observation is well taken and will adhere to the norms of writing for ensuring better understanding.
