sir,

i am purchasing 600sq ft land with ouse in bangalore for 27 lakh rupees, how should i check the papers ,what are the documents i have to collect it from vendor, what will be the stamp duty, registration fees for that in bangalore south , what will be the advoctae fees ,

u need to spend few more rupees to check title / Doc thru your local Advocate, to safeguard your 27L

when you are buying property worth 27 lakhs spend some money on lawyer for obtaining title certifcate . check whether title is clear and marketable . . get agreement vetted by lawyer . stamp duty registration charges would be as per karnataka stamp act
