i want to know that Can we request to List a Case for hearing Before the date assigned by Judge ?

if yes then what is the procedure ?

yes,by filing application u/s 151 of CPC

for early hearing of ur case.

what is the urgency . if date has already been assigned unless you show some reason as why you want to prepone the hearing date court wont oblige you

Sir, we have not any solid reason for prepone hearing, but want the bail before the case trial start.

because someone was saying that if the trial will start then the bail will be tough.

This is no reason for preponing the hearing.

Regular bail is granted on the day of submission of charge-sheet in routine manner and what ever you heard is not true. Court shall not accept your application before the date.
