Domestic violence

(Querist) 12 December 2012 This query is : Resolved 
I already file case against him mention all details of his payment salary and emi of loan. $ date is given by court he was not present. Still i am not face or talk with judge as my lawer said when he come then only i can talk with judge . is it true. He send me notice by Purush Haq Samitee. What i do
