Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 08 November 2011 This query is : Resolved
Dear experts

My wife file (as usual) false case under section 498a and after invention of high court judge of Punjab and haryana matter is settle for 15 lac rupees. as per order 5 lac payable on filing the petition for quashing and 5 lac on first petion of divorce and 5 lac on final decree of divorce. now when i file petition for quashing my wife did not coperate and petion was dimissed by court. Now first motion has been filed and 5 lac has been paid. even after my wife file petition for ccancellation of bail to presurised me first file second motion instead of filing quashing first. as in this process i have to waste lot of money and mental tention family also. pls advice in this matter, can i file suit for compensation.

regards

better get a divorce amicably rather than filing suit for compensation . it will further aggravate matters

Go back to HC.

Was there a written agreement of the compromise?

Feel free to get in touch of the undersigned.

I agree with shonee kapoor and go to highcourt for modification by narrating your story through supplementary affadivit.

If the nature of the order of the Punjab & Haryana High Court is binding upon both the parties to obey but your wife wilfuly with contumacious disregards to that acts as to her own you may file a contempt petition against your wife, otherwise you shall have to file a motion petition in that court.
