HEllO,

My Rent agreement Registration Expired in May 2011 and still my lanlord has not made any new agreement as they were busy with some of their hospital things.
Now they want to renew the registration and we have take the date to register by first week of nov.
Now my agreement will be registered or start from May 2011 or it will be from Nov 2011.

Also as per law rent should be increased every year or once in 3 years.

fresh agreement will be entered into . the agreement ought to have been renewed in my 2011. since it was not renewed on time fresh agreement has to be entered into

it depends upon terms of your agreement whether interest will be increased after 11 months or at later stage .

It can start from May, 2011.
The rate and frequency of increase in rent depends upon the consensus of the parties to the agreement.

yes i do agreed with all experts opinion, Because of trust he would have delayed , so it effect from the May 2011 to 11 month
