no problem . type the contents partly on one stamp paper and continue on the next stamp paper

Section 10 of the Indian Stamp act,1899 say about payment of stamp duty through stamp paper. it is immaterial that you have paid 50*2 or 10*10.
prabhakar singh (Expert) 09 September 2011
Mr Sethi is correct & so is also Mr.Shah ,no problem even if matter is so long that it requires 3or 4 pages you can use full size plain papers for that.EVERY
PAGE IS NOT REQUIRED TO BE ON STAMP.

50+50 make 100 ji. What is the problem if you use even 10 stamp papers of Rs. 10 each? It is the value of the stamp paper which counts and not the number of notes.
Shastri J.K. (Expert) 09 September 2011
I agree with mr.Manoj Kumar
Guest (Expert) 09 September 2011
