Please help Expert it is urgent Malicious ground on 498A & 34

In my case 498A is on malicious ground because when she and her parents got Jamanti warrant on IPC 406 then she applied for the 498A case on me and my parents. So I need urgently required citation in which 498A case is done on malicious ground. Please treat as urgent because it is in last stage i.e. final argument.

First obtain bail or seek anticipatory bail.

The citations would be required at the end of trial when the court would hear the respective argument.

Almost all similar cases are more or less filed on malicious grounds. Wait for at least 3-4 years for applying citation and till then various latest citations shall be pronounced by courts and only latest citations work so better do initial job instead of thinking of next 3-4 years.
