Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 23 June 2011 This query is : Resolved
Sir, A has given GPA to B to buy a property,Now A wants to sell his property but now both A and B do not have the original or the copy of the GPA they say it's been lost. Now the buyer wants the GPA copy.We are not sure whether it is registered GPA. How to find out if it is registered? How to take the sale go thru.

Thanks,

If both A and B are willing then what is the problem?

A can execute another GPA anyway.

Yes they can execute a new GPA but it is necessary to get it regd. if they are giving power to sell the immovable property. Without regd. GPA you can not sell the property.
