If Tanat have no residential address then what should be put in rent agreement?

Dear Amit,

Tanat reside at rented house from last 33 months and meantime he sale out his nativ (parent's) house and currently he has not any residance house.

Dear Bhartesh sir,

its valid to shaw the Tanat address of rental residetial address? Owners not ready to shaw that addredd then what should be step taken?
