DEAR SIR/MADAM, I WAS WORKING WITH A PVT. LTD. FIRM, & IN THE EPF A/C MY NAME'S SPELLING IS WRONG. I RESIGN/QUIT MY JOB 03 MONTH AGO. NOW I WANT TO WITH DRAW MY EPF. WHAT I SHOULD TO DO
MY CORRECT NAME : IQRAM
MY WRONG NAME IN EPF A/C IQRANI

you are advised hereby to submit application for rectification of the said spelling mistake to the concerned department.If the department denied, issue a statutory legal notice and file a civil suit in this regards.
