Dear Experts,
I have filed an application under provisions of Hindu Marriage Act and I have seen the daily orders of the hon'ble court which it has stated that" Notice of the petition be issued to the respondent on filing of PF /
RC to be filed on behalf of the petitioner, process returnable for the date...."
Please inform whether Applicant/petitioner has to do the process fees service to the respondent ?
Please inform whether Hon'ble court doesn't have to serve the notice to the respondent as some courts do send the notice at the time of Admission?
Please inform what will be the procedure for Process fees service at New Delhi District courts?

Mr. Yogesh! Court has to issue notice but the charges have to be paid by the petitioner throughout India. The charges are called Process fee (PF) and this is to be deposited by way of court stamps of nominal value. Generally it Rs. 50/-.

i agree with Mr. Makkad
since u r filing the petition, u r to bear the burden of service of summons as well.
court is not to do any charity.
fill the Process Fee form and pay the fee as prescribed as the orders are for RC as well you have to deposit expenses/ registered envelope for service of summons through registered post as well.
seek help of Mr. Harbhajan Singh Thakural, Advocate in New Delhi (i think he is in ur friend list too)

PF means process fees. It has to be paid by the petitioner/plaintiff/appellant. It is the process of the court. If you paid the process then notice of the petition will be sent to the opposite party
Court will not sent the notices to the opposite party voluntarily.
