GUTKA FOUND IN SOFT DRINK

Dear Experts, what are the appropriate remedies available to initiate legal action against soft drink companies in case of serious natures as titled above?

Company was informed but shows cold response.

such an incident happened with me as well, but finally I found that may it be Coca Cola Company or Pepsico they both wont accept their fault rather they put blame upon the retailer. As per them the product sold to customer was not produced by them.

You can approach Consumer Forum and simultaneously intimate the Health Department as well.

I have similar opinion as of all other experts. You may also contact Department of Food & Supplies of your State and definitely there are packing rules prescribed under law. The action in such way shall have other consequences than approaching consumer forum and both actions can also be initiated.

I think you don't have any alternative remedy except filing complaint before consumer disputes redressal forum. Do it..
