SIR I AM CA BY PROFESSION AND ALSO A LAW GRADUATE .MY UNCLE HAS FILED CIVIL SUIT MAKING MY FATHER AS DEFENDENT. I AM HOLDING A PROVISIONAL LICENCE AS A ADVOCATE BUT NOT REGISTERED IN BAR COUNCIL, WHICH WAS ALLOTED TO ME PRIOR BECOMING CA .
AS IT IS A MATTER OF MY FAMILY CAN I CONTEST THE CASE .

Legal representation as an advocate can only be done after enrollment with bar council of the state, provisional certificate entitled for practice as assistant to main counsel.
