Where the property is situated? How can you demolish zamindar's pond now belong to you? State full facts.

Zamindari has been abolished in our country long back!

Local laws apply to the question.
After abolition of Zamindari system (in India) the pond belong to panchayat/ community/ society/ common/ state property.
