My gratuity is wrongly calculated by ALC agra it did not add my AGP in my basic salary by this cause my basic is being wrongly calculated by him
Kindly suggest me the need full
Do by any law i request him to correct his order

What is this establishment; Govt, private?
Which Gratuity rules apply to establishment?

I was in engg college at mathura it is a private college as i told earlier my college deposited my gratuity to the labour Department order by ALC agra but problem is that ALC did not include my AGP in my Basic salary by this mistake .
Kindly is there any rule tht ALC revised his order so tht i get my right gratuity
