Forfeiture of life insurance policy

i have getting one life insurance policy before ten years and insurance company's website not showing my real time value of policy & status of my policy. And never inform me about my policy by any format like no email, no call,no notice .etc
before the forfeiture of life insurance policy.
i paid installment total paid ₹30000/- * 3 years .They pass only ₹15800/- .
now what can i do for cutting capital amount and they have no providing me interest also.(Bajaj alliance)
