Suit filed after 5.5 yrs with paid short court fees.

Dear Sir,
Plaintiff filed a civil suit for declaration, possession and permanent injunction after execution of WILL around 5.5 yrs. and paid court fees short.

1. I'm a defendant, I'm already filed u/o 7 Rule 11 cpc application, but Hon'ble
court dismissed my application.

2. same suit transfer to other court
please advice for next.

Pray to court to direct plaintiff to file deficient court fee failing which his case has to be dismissed by court.

You can challenge the order of dismissal of rejection of plaint petition in high court.
