There is one property in my fathers name. It had been given to my aunty for stay since 20years without any amount. Now we want to sell this property due to financial crunch, but now my aunty refused to give us back.
Now what can be the remedy???? plz guide us its very crucial for us

You can sell the property there is no legal problem. Vacating your aunty is a different process through legal proceedings.

Go for a out of the court negotiations.

Ok but what will be procedure if we resort for a court only ??
Now there is no meaning of out of court negotiations.

Amicable settlement is the best method.

If not she has to be evacuated through court orders which is time consuming process.
