Hello experts,
My wife who had deserted for 1 year now me after knowing that I am suffering from a brain disorder which got detected after 3 years of marriage, and from her maternal home she had filed a false DV case to which we will be filing our reply, kindly suggest what steps should i take now going forward?

Try to meet the DV charges on merits.

If your wife has deserted you because of the ailment, it amounts to mental cruelty. You may seek divorce on this basis.
