Need information about old case

Hi All,

I am santoshi I need information about whether can I get closed case details from the lawyer who handled the closed case.

I need this details about my brother In law who did first marriage and got separated Long time back and remarried.

So the lawyer whom handle d the case wil have the case deatils can he give us the case details as per Request .

If so he caves what details he can give us we need this details for evidence of one my of our cases.

Please guide me on this

Please mention the purpose for which the information required. If the lawyer handled the case earlier, he shall be the right and only person to guide about the old records.
