I loved a girl before marriage. She had to marry for certain problems. After 14 days it got unbareable n she returned home. She will be filing a divorce n hopefully it will be mutual. So after she files it can we get vack in to a relationship as 18 months time is required and after that we r planing to marry. Will this be considered as an extramarital affair once she files it?

Have some patience. Get her divorce first. It is done after 6 months from the date of filing of mutual divorce petition.

1 year separeation period is needed for foling it so from now atleast 1 year + 6 months caae means atleast 1 n a half year. Is there any legal way she can live freely? Cuz just because she has filed a divorce dosent mean she needs to stay like a widow for 2 years. She has her personal needs n rights. Is there any way to solve this so that her husband can no more charge herof anything?

You can marry her once divorce has been decreed.

Sir I understand we cannot go in any kind of legal bondage like marrying. Can we be in a relationship. Or even then her husband can claim extramarital affair even after she has filed the first petution?

getting into relationship with a married lady who is not divorced as yet is not a prudent idea at all as such relationships can attract the rigours of section 497 IPC.
